The right amount of coverage for a full, well-paced day. This package is designed for couples who want their wedding day documented from start to finish without feeling rushed. With more time to work with, we can capture the flow of the day as it naturally unfolds, from getting ready through the ceremony and into the celebration. There’s room here for everything that matters. The big moments, the quiet ones, and all the in-between interactions that make your day feel like your own. I’ll guide you when needed, keep things moving when it helps, and step back when the moment speaks for itself. What’s included: 5 hours of coverage on location A mix of candid moments and natural, guided portraits Coverage of key parts of your day based on your timeline 250+ high-quality, fully edited images Private online gallery with full download access Print rights Option to add a second photographer for additional coverage and angles Turnaround: Gallery delivered within 4–6 weeks Good to know: This is a great fit for most weddings. With thoughtful planning, it allows us to cover the full experience while keeping the day relaxed and on track.
Cancellation Policy
BOOKING AGREEMENT This agreement represents the full understanding between the Photographer and Client and overrides all prior agreements. Any changes must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties. Session Guidelines Photographer is subject to venue rules and restrictions. Client is responsible for securing permissions. Photographer is not liable for limitations caused by the venue. Image & Video Rights All content remains Photographer property until full payment is made. After payment, Client receives shared copyright and a personal-use license. Commercial use or major edits require written permission. Limitation of Liability If Photographer cannot perform, a replacement will be attempted. If unavailable, liability is limited to a full refund. For lost or damaged files, liability is limited to the amount paid. Retainer & Cancellation Retainer is required and non-refundable. Cancellations must be in writing. Payments (excluding retainer) are refundable up to 24 hours before the session. No refunds within 24 hours. Service Delivery Photographer will provide agreed coverage and deliver final edited content within the stated timeframe (typically 2–6 weeks).
