Mommy & Me at Home

Portland weather can be a drag when you want to do a beautiful photoshoot showing off your new family and everything is grey and dreary outside. It can even be uninspiring to want to shoot in your own home because you don't see the potential. When this mom reached out to me in the middle of the winter wanting to do a new born shoot, I knew it would be a challenge, but I was ready for it.

It turned out that they had a lovely home, full of natural beautiful light, and a lovely fall tree right outside the living room window. It was a dream, and they were both emitting so much love it was contagious and impossible not to catch. Candid, home shoots like these are honestly our favorites and we look forward to more of them next winter season.
